2: Fill your mind with positivity

Surround yourself with optimistic and positive people. If there are toxic people around you, there is no doubt that he/she will have ruined your mood. So try to attract positive people as much as possible into your life.

Also, you can watch motivational videos, listen to inspirational podcasts, read inspirational books that can give you a boost to your mood. This will also make negative thoughts weaker!

3: Stop beating yourself for not being perfect

Many people have this mindset of expecting to be perfect at the very first try with minimum effort. Even if you have given your all, perfectionism doesn’t necessarily have to be there. Nobody in this world is perfect! So, stop comparing yourself with others and strive towards being a better version of yourself. Failures are stepping stones to success.
