1: Believe that self-doubt and negative thoughts do not exist

Doubt and negative thoughts are the major killers of dreams. In fact, they are the only killers of dreams. At some point in life, you must have come across some of these 2 murderers. Either they make you or break you. It is your choice. Successful people know how to handle this.

This is because they replace self-doubt and low self-esteem with high self-confidence and courage. The best way which for most people has worked is the belief that it doesn’t exist.

They are fabricated and conjured up. Give self-doubt and negative thoughts your least attention. They don’t get a share in your mind. This way they’ll weed themselves out and something else will take its place.

2: Replace ‘I can’t do it’ with ‘How can I do it?!

If something good is about to happen then don’t think about the possibility of any negative outcome. Of course, you have to be ready for anything and everything. But let your mind be focused on the positive side rather than the negative side as the universal law of attraction is always receiving data from you!

But when I gave it enough attention something good did happen. They say that if you win the morning you win the day. After I cultivated this habit I felt that my productivity improved.

So stay positive and focused. There are a lot of day-to-day activities which you do to simply feel good about. For example – If you have a habit to jog every day then set new boundaries and explore new territories or when you exercise to see if you can do 10 reps more. Whatever you do, see if you can get a bit more out of it.

Reward yourself with gratitude every time you accomplish something. Whether it is big or small.
